Morning flight to Aswan - Arrive Aswan and enjoy a short sail across the river will bring you to the Agilkia Island, where the Philae Temple dedicated to the Goddess Isis is currently located. Originally, the temple was situated near the First Cataract of the Nile River, though in1902 when the construction of the Old Aswan Dam started, the area was flooded and the complex was moved. Proceed to the Old Dam built in 1899-1902 and then visit the masterpiece of modern engineering – the High Dam constructed between 1960-1970 in order to protect the city from floods, generate hydroelectricity and irrigate agricultural fields.

Move to the Valley of the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, where you can learn the tale of the divine birth of the first female king. You will then return to the East Bank to visit the Karnak Temple.
