This morning, after we set sail, we’ll visit the stunning Temple of Edfu, one of the best preserved temples in all of Egypt. As you explore this majestic site, you’ll be transported back in time to a place where the grandeur of ancient Egypt still stands proudly.
After our visit, we’ll return to the boat and continue our journey down the Nile, heading toward Kom Ombo free time, we’ll head back to the boat for dinner, followed by a lively cruise party to celebrate the day’s adventures!

Carved deep into solid rock, these temples were built by Pharaoh Ramses II and dedicated to him and his beloved wife Nefertari. The grandeur and scale of the site will leave you speechless.
In the 1960s, the temples were relocated to their current position, higher up the riverbank, to protect them from the rising waters of the Nile. This incredible feat of engineering, carried out with the help of UNESCO, is a testament to the skill and determination involved in preserving these ancient wonders. Once you’ve experienced
Abu Simbel in person, you’ll understand why it’s one of Egypt’s most iconic sites. After our visit, we’ll return to Aswan for lunch on board our cruise boat.
In the afternoon, we’ll relax as we sail along the picturesque Nile River on a traditional felucca boat, much like those used by the ancient Pharaohs. Enjoy the serenity of the river as we drift through the tranquil landscapes of Aswan.
